With a career marked by leadership roles at prestigious firms, Martina has honed her experience in wealth management, team leadership, and business development to lead this diverse company with highly trained financial professionals.

When Martina began her career in financial services, she realized the lack of financial knowledge amongst diverse communities. This epiphany was the basis for her goal that guides her career: create wealth for all and eliminate financial illiteracy. Martina started her career as a fee-based financial advisor where she worked with clients to create customized plans based on their needs.

Martina was sought out by a global leading firm to take on a new role as an Associate Managing Director, where she raised minority hiring levels from -50% to 65%, and transferred to her new role as Managing Partner of Centurio Wealth. With her drive to promote inclusivity in the financial sector, Martina hopes to turn her financial skills and knowledge into concrete options for clients and professionals alike.

Graduate of The University of Georgia in Fine Arts with a degree in Drama, Martina is happily married to Chris Sperry and is a devoted mother to Elias and Olivia, and stepmother to Whitman and Taylor.
