Kevin Barajas is a financial advisor with a unique perspective, shaped by his experience as a professional soccer player. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kevin leverages his diverse background to connect with a wide array of clients, helping them achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence.
Kevin’s athletic career began at the age of 3 and continued as he grew up in Atlanta. He later graduated from the University of Kentucky, where he played soccer and earned a degree in finance. His time on the field not only instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork but also sharpened his ability to perform under pressure—skills he continues to apply in his financial advising career. Following his time at Kentucky, Kevin played professionally for Atlanta United in Major League Soccer (MLS) and had stints in Germany and Spain, where he learned the importance of resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
The same focus, goal-setting mindset, and determination that fueled his success as an athlete are key principles Kevin brings to his work as a financial advisor. His transition from sports to finance was driven by a passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their finances with the same strategic approach he applied to his athletic career. Whether planning for retirement, managing investments, or navigating complex financial decisions, Kevin understands that every client is working toward a unique goal, and he tailors his strategies to meet those needs.
Kevin’s experience on and off the field gives him a unique edge in guiding clients through financial challenges with discipline, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to helping them achieve long-term financial success. Kevin earned his Life & Health and Variable Products licenses and Series 7 and 66.
